Unwanted Jews 4 Aliyah

My wife and I served 10 years in Federal Prison for crimes we did not commit. We were offered a plea of 24 to 48 months with recommendation for the low end of the guidelines. We refused for one reason, we were innocent of these charges. The government threatened that if we refused the plea offer that they would bring a superceiding indictment and they did. We tried to fight them in court in a 21 day trial but at every turn the government would not allow anything that we offered for proof or testimony in our favor, even 9 police reports with held from the FBI's investigation from people we did not know in this town of 5000 who over heard 3 hispanic punks who braged about what they had done to us and were planning to burn us out. Judge Klienfeld, senior judge on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals agreed that we were denied our 5th and 6th ammendment rights to present a defence and a fare trial but was over ruled by the other two pro-government judges. The Jury asked the Judge after 5 hours of dilibarations "If we find the defendants participated in a crime without knowingly doing so, can we find them 'not guilty." The judge wrote "Because they were charged with conspiracy and you find they 'could have' or 'should have' known then you must find the guilty of conspiracy and if you find them guilty of conspiracy then you must find the guilty of all other charges." That ruling was the nail in the coffin for us. That ruling could convict anyone in the entire United States of America. We were sentenced 5 months later to 10 years in Federal Prison Camps. For 22 months we were free without bail and free to travel and self surrendered to federal prison where we were kept in camps without walls or fences, where we earned 18 months off our sentences for 'good behavior'. Upon release we were released 18 months early from our supervised release which was 36 months in total. Then just before Pasach we heard from our Shliach in Washington DC that the Ministry of Interior denied our aliyah even though our Shliach and Nefesh B' Nefesh fully supported our aliyah as with numerous others including Rabbi's. Why did they deny our aliyah? Because someone said we are a danger to Israeli Society. Now What!
